Because BestBuy Gadgett operates strictly with brand-new, factory-sealed consumer electronics, we enforce specific return parameters to preserve the factory-sealed configuration.

Return Windows

• 30-Day Sealed Returns: If the outer cardboard wrap and factory seals remain unbroken, you are authorized a 100% full refund logic, no questions asked. Return shipping label is complimentary.
• Unsealed / Opened returns: Due to security compliance and immediate depreciation of open inventory, any returned item that has its manufacturer tags or seals broken is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• Malfunctioning Items: If hardware suffers direct manufacturing defects, it is fully covered by the authorized warranty (e.g. 1-Year Sony, Apple, or ASUS). Simply coordinate with our concierge to issue immediate returns or replacements.
